Utilizing your Annotated Bibliography and Final Paper Pre-Planning assignment from Week 2 and your Outline Worksheet and Final Paper Pre-Planning assignment from Week 3, develop a draft of your Final Paper. Review the POL201 Assignment Guide and download the POL201 Final Paper Assignment template to complete the draft of your assignment. Be sure to utilize your instructor’s feedback from Weeks 2 and 3, and use APA formatting throughout your draft. Your draft should be completed with an introduction, thesis statement, full body paragraphs to support your ideas, a conclusion, and a full references list of at least eight resources.

Tafania, good effort on your
week two paper; however, please go back and fully review my comments and
feedback and ensure that you are selecting the correct sources which explains
how the four major themes impacts and influences the implementation of the ACA.
The four major themes are:
Theme # 1: Historical and
constitutional basis: you need to find sources which outlines the history of
federal policies on health care in the United States. The previous federal laws
are: Medicare and Medicaid.
Theme # 2: The principle of
checks and balances and the role that the Legislative, Executive and Judicial
branch plays in the formulation and implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
Special attention should focus on the Supreme Court because the ACA was upheld
by the high court
Theme # 3: Please research some
sources which the media shapes and influences the public perception on
affordable healthcare and how this perception is turned into public policy.
Theme # 4: Voting and elections:
What was the actual vote in Congress? Which party was for and against the ACA?
Did candidates running for Congress and to become President of the United States making healthcare a part of their campaign message and platform?
