Students prepare two separate reports (roughly 3 pages total). The first report deals with the historic development of the art market. The second assignment looks at the business model of tech companies. In detail, students are asked to answer the following questions.
First report: How has the role of the artist changed since the beginning of the art market? or Where is the next center of the art market and why?
Second report: Why are tech companies struggling with their mission to democratize the art market?
Grades are based on:
Formal aspects
Contextual aspects
Structure of the work
Writing Requirements:
Length must meet at minimum three (3) pages.
o Please note: The full length of written content MUST be three pages long, not including any author information (such as written in the upper right by MLA style)
Provide three (3) sources for your entry minimum.
o Wikipedia and other non-academic websites will not be accepted for this criteria.
