at least four (4) peer-reviewed journals
Your list of references should only include material cited in the assignment
If you go over 1000 words, we would choose not to read any words after this limit which could mean you miss some important information
You are not required to have an introduction and conclusion. However, you would not be penalised for having them.
1st person writing is possible.

I have also included a grade guide, I am hoping to get a credit, if it can get higher it will be great but credit is fine for me. thank you, tutor!
=========================
The purpose of assessment is to develop an understanding of OB theories, frameworks and practices. You are required to critically reflect (which includes interpreting, describing, and evaluating) 2 to 3 theories/frameworks

Reflective writing is an opportunity to articulate what you have learned so it is not just a description or summary of these theories and frameworks, and you are required to evaluate. Hence, it is crucial that you read widely and think critically about what you are learning or have learned in the unit.

Students should consider and address some of the following questions – but not limited to – for each theory or framework they are interpreting, evaluating, and planning (which are parts of the reflecting process) on:
Are there aspects of the theory/framework you found particularly interesting or challenging? And Why?
Did you experience difficulty with a particular theory/framework? If so, what was the turning point when it became clearer and you ‘got it’? Was this through an article, an activity, a video, class and/or discussion?
How does the theory/framework apply to your experience? (Please note this assessment is for the organisational behaviour unit so students need to link the theory/framework to their work experience, group work at university and/or a particular activity in their class).
Are there theories/frameworks that challenge your understanding or interpretation of this experience?
Does your knowledge of the theory/framework tie in with anything you have learned in the past or from another unit? Has it changed your perspectives, or affirmed something you already knew?
How will this new knowledge guide my future attitudes and actions at work, professional life or career plan?
