I have to write a thesis on how innovation can serve sustainable growth in the hospitality industry. However my thesis tutor wants me to do a litterature review in two parts, the first very global and not specifically in the hospitality sector I have 2 documents my tutor gave me to help me with my litterature review, I will send them to you, they are very good. In this part, it should talk about sustainable growth (development), economic growth (GDP, etc) how do companies increase their income without degradation, green growth, circulate economy; social-technical transitions, etc … and the second one more focused on the hospitality industry in France, it should include a sustainability in the the hospitality industry, what are the challenges, what they do to innovate. It must contain 60 pages in total: Intro (3 pages), Litterature Review ( 20 pages), Methods (10 pages), Findings (20 pages), Discussion (4 pages), Conclusion ( (3 pages).
