Analyze in detail a family and its’ dynamics using three Bowenian terms from Chapter 4. Students may choose a popular family from a television show, movie, or popular culture to demonstrate their knowledge in Bowenian theory while considering the cultural variables and family events affecting the family dynamics. Some examples of terms are “emotional cutoff” and “triangulation”. Within this assignment, students should address any cultural or other diversity variables that can impact behaviors within a Bowenian framework.
