Pick a habit to implement for the next 5 days. Keep a habit journal. What obstacles did you face? What strategies did you use to keep consistent with your habit? How did you feel about implementing this habit? Is this a habit you would want to continue? What would modify? What rewards did you give yourself for adhering to your habit?

Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
Achievable (agreed, attainable).
Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
Time-bound (time-based, time-limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).
Evaluated.
Revised.
