This is a nice
start to your research proposal. There are some areas of the paper that require
further clarification, particularly with reference to the studies in the
literature review. The literature review should
elaborate on the six research studies and include a discussion of the
methodology used to collect data, the participants/sample, the data that were
collected and analyzed, and the specific results, including numbers and
percentages, if applicable. Within the literature review, many findings and conclusions are reported with a very limited discussion of
the methodology used to achieve those results. Providing results in isolation
makes it difficult to interpret the findings and to determine how your research
question and proposed methodology will differ from these studies. The need for
the present study should be strengthened as it is not clear how it differs from
the previous studies. Also, make sure to include definitions for the variables
you intend to study within the present study section. Further, any information
that is beyond common knowledge should be supported by citations. Also, note
only studies cited within the paper should be included within the reference
page. Two studies have been included in the reference page that have not been
cited within the paper. Please review the comments and tracked changes above
and make revisions accordingly.
