What leadership styles depicted in the movie would you want to emulate or not emulate and why?
According to Kelley’s followership description (see the reading in Module # — Shih Young Chou, 2012. Millennials in the Workplace: A Conceptual Analysis of Millennials’ Leadership and Followership Styles. HEB School of Business and Administration), select a scene and describe the type of follower depicted and speak to the type of leadership style that was used in conjunction with the follower. Explain why this was or was not the appropriate interaction between the leader and follower in this given situation.
Arrange the ideas for the body of your speech in an orderly fashion. Then develop an attention-getting introduction, tell the audience what you will discuss, tell the audience, and then tell them what you told them and close the briefing. Put this all together in a proper outline, and practice it to see how long it takes. If it goes over the time limit, go back and edit until it fits the time allotted.
