Please follow PDF instructions. It will be focused on medication errors and following the seven medication rights, how it cost additional money (if had an error), and use something like the assessment method in seeing if they follow the seven rights to adminster medication. The research question is how often does the nurse recite the seven rights of medication administration, and monitoring
patients during medication pass.
Also include 5 references.

Like for PDSA. Plan to reduce medication errors. Do is Use seven rights to reduce the medication errors. Study by using surveys and seeing if medications errors being reduced. Act is after reviewing survey take initiave and increase compliance to following seven medication rights.

Example of what I want:
The quality improvement model that I decided to implement is plan,
do, study, and act model (PDSA). The plan is to make sure medication
administration errors are being reduced. Medication errors are a less
prevalent cause of adverse healthcare events that have a negative
influence on patient care quality (Lee et al., 2013). Up to one-third of
all medical errors in hospitals are caused by medication errors (Lee et
al., 2013). Of course, not all drug errors result in morbidity or
mortality, yet the problem is nonetheless worth addressing due to its
high prevalence (Lee et al., 2013). With less errors, it would lead to
less adverse effects, less money spent on additional discharges, and
better patient outcomes. What nurses need to do is to follow the seven
administration rights. Reinforce the seven medication rights. Make sure
it is the right individual, right medication, right time, right dose,
right route, right documentation, and right response.

What needs to be studied is how many medication errors happen due
to the fact of not following the seven medication rights on a religious
basis. Some medication errors may happen due to the fact of having
multiple individuals medications at one time. Some might be lesser or
over dosed. That is why it is necessary to check with these rights.
Because, pixus does not always have the right dosages for the patients.
Before adminstering everything it is necessary to check and double
check. Also we need to study surveys of medication administration to see
the nurses being compliant to the medication rights.

Once the surveys are in addtional teachings may be necessary to
reduce medication errors. FIrst need to find out exaclt how many nurses
are compliant and what not. Then for the next cycle just reinforce
teaching of medication erros and following the rights. To reduce the
chances of adminstering the meds. We want a positive trend that shows a
decrease in medication administration errors.
