DEVELOPING A WINNING IDEA:
What is a time when you were frustrated during a hospitality work or customer experience?
Examples:
1) I can never make use of loyalty program “points”
2) I want to be able to check-in at the hotel at other times than what is standard
3) I never want ice in my water glass in a restaurant, but they bring it to me/refill it with ice anyway
Write about it in a few sentences…focus on the problem rather than the complaint

How could the situation be better? What are ideas to make it better?
