My essay is suppose to be about UN
Thesis: UN has brought a positive impact on the world, however it has began to weaken in contemporary world’s politics.
Insight: It is unable to live up to its peace and security motto. Many countries have ingoing genocide, hoowever they are not able to stop the atrocities. Also, the fact there are 5 main countries with veto is outdated as there are many other leading developing countries that deserve the veto authority instead of France or Britain. The current example is the Ukraine and Russia conflict; UN is unable to take any effective measures and instead only portrays themseleves as a powerful body of peace and security to the people. There is a lot of fixing that is required in order for UN to function such as adaptibility, development and adjustment as the time moves on.If none of these functions are adopted, we will be witnessing history repeating itself; like the League of nations, UN would also have a fall out due to its ineffectivity.
