Some points to help:
The PM has the 5 Ps of power:
Prerogative (appoint/ dismiss),
Parliament (control majority of the ppl who are sitting in parliament).
Party (control the party, lots of power which with they can provide jobs for people internally, or restructure the party apparatus.
Patronage (can appoint a lot of ppl like hospital boards, port authorities, etc.)
Press (can’t control what press writes, but they can completely command its attention due to the power they have)
they can also set chair/ direct cabinet meetings, as well as set agendas.
You don’t need to cover all 5, just a few will be fine.
