Schedule includes pictures, times, and words- You should have one picture for each part of your schedule. Pictures can be line drawings or photos from the internet. Do not use photos from your center unless you plan to use this for your current place of employment and have parent permission. This schedule is meant to be used with and for children. Keep it simple.

Schedule has at least one solid block of free play (1 pts)

Schedule is balanced between child directed and teacher directed times (10 pts)

Transitions are minimized (5 pts)

Times allotted are appropriate for the activities (5 pts)

Meals/Snacks are included (1pt)

Naptime or quiet time(s) are included (1pt)

Outdoor time(s) is included (1pt)

Group time(s) are included (1pt)
