Write an argumentative paper about the rhetoric of science by analysing Greta Thunberg’s ′Our House is on Fire′ speech alongside an oppositional text of your choosing. It must either oppose climate change action (e.g. opposes reducing greenhouse gas emissions/resource extraction, carbon pricing, public activism like blockades, the costs of action, & etc.) or in some way help to manufacture climate change controversy. Describe a couple of key features of each text’s rhetoric, and argue how effective or ineffective you believe the rhetoric to be.
