Select a criminal justice policy or practice and determine its morality or immorality by applying an ethical theory. To be successful, you must review the ethical theory(ies), provide an analysis of the chosen policy/program, and address what changes are needed to make a current policy or practice an ethical one according to ethical theory(ies). Potential topics include, but are not limited to: juvenile waivers, three strikes, death penalty, registration and notification, disenfranchisement, supermax facilities, civil commitment of sex offenders, etc.
