Purpose:
The main purpose is to get familiar with the Balanced Scorecard

Aim:
To critically review an implemented Balanced Scorecard performance management and
measurement system of one public or private sector organizations in the MENA region, and to
identify its shortcomings and suggest ways for further improvement.
Objective:
