As I sit back and watch what is happening in Ukraine I can’t help but feel for the innocent people involved and the choices each person has to make. We all watch as families are torn apart with some staying and fighting, while others flee the country to anywhere they can go. We watch children suffer who had no choice but to stay due to needing medical attention in a hospital. Everyone in Ukraine is suffering and I hope that this gives individuals in the United States time to reflect and gain perspective on their own life.
Outside of emotionally being involved and feeling for this country, there are also going to be areas that the United States will feel from all of this.
