RESEARCH PAPER: DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
In this assignment you will present your research topic (development proposal) that you will
utilize for the research paper as well as the rationale of why the research is needed. The research
topic will be in the form of a hypothesis. You will develop your own development proposal
based on interests or topical areas highlighted in the course.
INSTRUCTIONS
The proposal must be a maximum of 2 pages and a minimum of a short paragraph if your
concept is well-defined.
Your proposal must clearly set forth the question to be examined.

Develop a hypothesis based on your initial research of your topic.
Follow the format and the prompts on the template.
