The problem of a bottleneck seems clear in the manufacturing process. However, bottlenecks can occur in all facets of life. In fact, anything that can be considered a process inevitably has the probability of having a bottleneck.

For your Original Post, I would like for you to think of possible bottlenecks that have occurred in your life or that you know of that have occurred in the life of someone you know. The bottleneck could have occurred at work, at home, at school, in the community, in your family, etc. It doesn’t matter where the bottleneck occurred; however, I do want to know ABOUT the bottleneck. Describe the situation / scenario and state what you feel is the bottleneck. Lastly, describe why you think the bottleneck is actually a bottleneck. DO NOT post anything on how you would or did resolve the bottleneck. I just want to know that you can recognize a bottleneck.
