The assignment is: “Create an Optimal Decision Environment for a
Management Problem or Opportunity.” This project need to focus
on “Complex, Matrixed Organizations Design in the Retail
Industry”
The project consists of the following sections (attached is the Project handout
and the Rubrics for each “W”). Please work on the project handout
from 2-5:

(Week 2; is already in the paper attached no action needed)

4)
3. Identify Data for Actionable Management Decision Making
(Week 6)
4. Methodology and Tools for Actionable Management Decision
Making (Week 8)
5. Communication and Dissemination of the Decision (Week 10)
6. Conference Poster Presentation (Week 11; no need
to work on this presentation.. I will do this myself)
The paper is the document attached called: “Matrix Organizational
Structure edited” Please make sure that is:
1. Double-spacing, Times New Roman, 12
2. Do not use the word “it”; this professor does not
accept this.
3. Every paragraph must have at least 5 sentences.
4. References must be from 2018 to the present (not before that
year)
