For this assignment, you will pull together the assignments you have worked on in this course to create a more comprehensive logic model. It is not enough to simply display your model; you must also provide narrative that explains it. Your model should include: A basic model format displayed graphically (for assistance, refer to The Logic Model Guidebook: Better Strategies for Great Results, Chapters 6 and 7). The form of logic model clearly displayed, discussed, and justified (theory, outcomes, or activities). Results of your SOAR evaluation should be included. How data will be collected, analyzed, and reported. A narrative that explains your model and your plan for program evaluation, along with your plan to disseminate results.
