I need someone to review my paper and comply with the requirements of the rubric and the professor’s comment..
The project handout is only the first one (from A – D)
also, make the proper editions of my paper to include “matrixed organizations”.
It could be edited in 5 pages. However, right now my paper has 12.. but it can be modified to 5 in total
Professor comments:
One fundamental issue with this paper is that the topic you had chosen in week one was “matrixed organization design” which was not handled properly in this paper.
The paper didn’t define clearly what the problem in retail is nor the opportunity. I read about growth, supply chains, AI, ..etc, but could tie them all under matrix organization design.
Your option when you revise is either change gear before it is too late and pick up a suitable topic to retailers or find a way to relate the paper to the “matrixed organization design”.
