Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan: Students will complete an on-line model with support in class which teaches about the functional behavior assessment and developing a behavior intervention plan. Done – March 1, 2022
Students will develop a behavior intervention plan from the following options and send as an email attachment to Maria by midnight on f March 11th, 2022 (12 points)
Option 1: Option 1 is for those of you who want to follow the story of Joseph that we covered in class. This template has space to reference the function of the behavior and the already identified replacement behaviors, but allows you to come up with new interventions.
Option 2: Option 2 is a template that allows you to pick a behavior and have prewritten choices from which to select interventions and data collection methods, etc. You may enter any behavior in which you are interested.
Option 3: Option 3 shows two templates that are already behavior specific from the pbisworld site. One is for ADD/Disorganization and the other focuses on Anxiety specific interventions.
Option 4: Option 4 is a format of your choice from the PBISworld site connected with any behavior of your choice.
You may use password for ideas for interventions, or ideas from your own experiences.
