They are more likely to recall an advertising campaign that makes them laugh, cry, or feel. Even if the story is short, it inspires emotion, which is strong. We use our collective creative brainpower as brand developers and marketers to create unique brand personalities for our clients, as well as narratives to produce captivating campaigns for their target consumers. Also, be aware of your customers’ needs. Understanding your clients’ unspoken wants and demands, as well as having insight into what they desire, require, value, or cause them pain, is critical to meeting their unspoken requests.
