Find a recent article discussing the role of telehealth in healthcare today. Post a summary of your article on the discussion board. Focus on articles that discuss the use of telehealth in caring for vulnerable populations (this does not have to be your selected population for your final paper). Discuss the financial (including reimbursement issues) implications in regard to the use of telehealth as well as the role of the nurse in telehealth. The article should be from a peer-reviewed journal and current (from within the past five years).
