Situation: You are working with VoHiyo, they are the business owner for the Twitch Partner swag program. They have goals of wanting Partners to feel celebrated and excited for Twitchs anniversary. They have a big idea to send gifts to 1000 Partners all around the world, mostly to Brazilian, Russian, and US-based Partners. They have determined the cost per gift to be $50 with shipping varying on a per country basis (RU: $50, BR:$40, US:$15). What are the pros, cons, and risks of exploring this program? Who should be targeted to receive the gifts? Do you believe this is a good idea? If not, what information would you need to know to feel confident?
