Is it valuable to support employees religious practices? How does the human person reflect the imago Dei in an increasingly sanitized (from religion) environment whatever religious tradition an employee or leader might be? In other words, how can people respect the dignity in others w/o the ecclesial basis or is something sacrificed in not having a grounding?
