The Individual Case Study Analysis Paper is an individual case study assignment designed for you to apply the knowledge you have gained from the lecture in a real life scenario. You will receive your assigned case by email. From this, you will complete an analysis and a written report of your case on your own. The expectations are as follows:
For each case study you will submit a written report which will include:
Brief Background of the case. This should be no more than 1 page.
Challenges you notice in the case and theories that pertain. Minimum 5 (three from in class and two from outside of class). You will need to link a theory to each challenge you notice in the case.
Leadership solutions to the challenges identified in case utilizing information and theories presented in our class content.
Discussion of why you selected each solutions.
Implications for selecting each solutions (what do you believe will be the impact of your solutions).
The report should be 5-6 pages in length (double spaced, 1-inch margins, 12-pt font)
Utilize at least five different sources outside of class material for a total of at least eight sources
You should include a cover sheet and a reference page (as needed) in APA format
