1. Complete a treatment plan(using format in upload file for your actual client(Counseling session-Irene, Upload file). Make sure that your objectives (what the client will do to meet their goal) and interventions (what a mental health professional can do to help your client reach their goal) are specific to your client’s goal(s).
2. Make a progress note in the progress templates(upload file).
