Assignment is to answer question: As noted in your course textbook there have been some in recent years to argue that leaking intelligence data by responsible parties has been prosecuted, but has not been prosecuted fairly. More specifically the argument is that some prosecutions appear to be more aggressive and the punishments more harsh on the basis of the rank/position of the person who leaked the data. Do you agree or disagree with this statement and should there be a more equalized punishment for leaking classified data? Please write almost a page with me agreeing it should be equal stating an example of case from text or popular news story, if needed.
