Create a cover page, then use headings to identify each section in the paper in this order (introduction, critical evaluation of professional codes of ethics, normative ethical theories, interpretation of codes of ethics directives, critical evaluation of collaboration directions, identification of healthcare principles in codes of ethics, independent interpretation, and conclusion) Last page will be the reference page. All shown on the grading rubric. Also, be sure every page is numbered in the upper right hand corner.
Compare and contrast the ANA (American Nurses Association) code of ethics & the AMA (American Medical Association) code of ethics.
In the normative ethical theories section you will need to define the formalism ethical theory, consequential ethical theory, and the virtue ethics theory. Once you’ve defined each ethical theory you will have to give examples of how each theory is represented in both the ANA and AMA code of ethics with specific examples and citations in order to show where you got the information from.
