Why does this person/organizations poor leadership/management matter?
The Bad Management/Leadership in Question – What exactly did this person/has this organization done that you would classify as bad management? Dont just state the bad deed, but also explain why, in your opinion, this was bad management/leadership.
The Organizational Response – Did the organization respond to the bad leadership/management? If so, how?
The Media/Public Response – What was the general reaction of the media to the poor management/leadership? Of the public? Just as importantly, how did the media and public response to the organizations response to the bad management/leadership? Did they accept the organizations response or did that response lead to further scrutiny?
Your Response – What is your opinion of this person or organizations bad leadership/
