Write an essay on any aspect of US history in the 1980s pertaining to the US in world affairs. Must use evidence from 1) JSTOR (TWO sources); 2) ONE academic website (history.com, britannica.com, wikipedia.com are not academic, for example), and, 3) any TWO news services or journal/magazines (NPR, The Atlantic, Washington Post, etc). Cite as footnotes using the Chicago Manual of Style and please include a Bibliography. Think the US in Central America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, China, Southeast Asia, etc.
