Research typically aims at delivering answers to a set of research questions, which is the case also in this thesis work. As the title of this thesis suggests, the research is set out to design a set of recommendations for minimizing the high rate of employee turnover by studying the case of the Limerick outlet of McDonald’s. Thus, the set of research questions include; Read research question carefully its importent> RQ 1: What are the reasons for a high employee turnover rate in the MCLI based on a review of the top management’s views, employee interview for perceptions, and comparing the data with literature review findings from existing literature and articles. RQ 2: What are the current human resource management strategies practiced in the case company, and based on employees’ perceptions, how do these strategies affect the reason for employee turnover? RQ 3: How can the issues faced by the employees in MCLI be resolved, and what incentives, from the employees’ perspectives, are the most beneficial to employee retention? i need 4 to 5 Page max. but my report must read before start working. i already make draft of 45 page. based on RQ> i need solution for the following> what kind of steps are recommended to take in successful implementation?
