Assessment Brief Assessment 2 is an individual 15 minute presentation. The presentation should answer the following question: ‘An inconvenient forum? A critical analysis of the doctrine of forum non-conveniens including its relationship with international rules on jurisdiction and enforcement.’ Provide a critical analysis of forum shopping in dispute settlement with reference to academic commentary and case law. The presentation should be a power point presentation. The presentation should last no longer than 15 minutes. A full bibliography should be set out on the final slide(s) of the presentation.
