Finite Versus Infinite Games

In the video, Sinek discusses the differences between companies playing from the perspective of the finite game and those that play from the perspective of the infinite game. Identify an organization and look for any factors related to these ideas. Add some of your reflections about how conflict, negotiation, and how leadership can be connected to allowing conflict to emerge.
