Outline (in outline) the positioning analysis for service companies. Conduct a SWOT analysis and develop an exemplary positioning analysis based on the results using the example of a pizza service (service provider) in your region. What do you understand by “norm strategies” in this context and which strategies would you recommend to the pizza service based on your positioning analysis?
Task 2 (40 points, approx. 5-6 pages)
Research information about the problem of “asymmetric information distribution” (theory, concept, background, etc.). Using the example of a DSL provider (home Internet connection), describe the “asymmetric information” that arises. What challenges does the DSL service provider face here?
Task 3 (20 points, approx. 4-5 pages)
What is the importance of (suitable) site selection for a service provider? Answer this question by providing an overview of the most important location factors and discussing their relevance and design options for the service company you have chosen.

The points are distributed according to the following evaluation scheme:
Introduction (15 points)
You lead to the problem in a structured and comprehensible way. The concrete goals of the work are formulated clearly and unambiguously. At the end of the introduction, you briefly describe the structure of the paper and your focus.
Quality of the treatment of literature (20 points)
You are expected to draw on relevant sources beyond the study letters and to critically engage with the literature. Statements are correctly substantiated.
Theoretical foundation and application part (40 points)
You deal intensively with the task at hand. The reported state of knowledge (e.g. research results and statistics) is up-to-date.
The relevant theory is presented in a structured and comprehensible manner and with correct content. In addition, ensure that the explanations are appropriate in terms of breadth and depth, thinking beyond the content of the study letters. At the end of the theory section, you summarize the most important points and, if necessary, lead over to the application section.
In the application part, you transfer the theory you have developed to practice and justify your approach.
Discussion (15 points)
You critically examine the theory presented and your approach and take a critical stance on it. The achievement of the objective is reviewed. A conclusion and outlook round off the work.
