This will allow you to accurately assess whether or not an organization is fulfilling it’s mission statement. Once assessment is determined, inter departmental dissemination will be streamlined due to familiarity with the structure of the organization. Once the structure has been determined, begin to analyze how departments interact to maximize efficiency in meeting the standards of the organization.
