Briefly about my internship: I am studying at EHL ( hospitality school), as part of the curriculum I am doing an internship in a real estate developer company. I am manly working on providing marketing research on specific areas where the future developments of the company would take place. Provide pricing analysis. In addition, my company created a fund for people who not only looking for a safe investment, but also for people who are looking for acquiring a residency permit in Portugal, thought the Golden Visa program. Therefore, I am working directly with the clients, helping them to invest in the fund, as well as promoting it to other clients. Before this internship, I did not have any relations to real estate, but I was always fascinated by the industry.
