2. This article aims to explore the role of covid-19 in enabling mobility and immobility among youth labor migrants moving from Malaysia to Singapore. It will explore in-depth the following contexts: what is the youth labor migration trend moving from Malaysia to Singapore during pandemic? How has covid-19 encouraged youth labor to either stay in Malaysia or leave? What are their concerns and thinking strategy? What is their hope and fear? How has them managed for migration during pandemic by mobilizing technologies, resources, capitals, information, social network, etc? finally, how does it contribute to the current literature on covid-19 and global migration?
