Determine the kinds of software Development jobs that are likely to result from the execution
of the Infrastructure Bill. Write an essay format paper of at least 3 pages. 12 points, times new roman font , double spaced, 1inch margin all side.
But you only have to include ONE area of development.

Transportation system(mainly public transportation)
Roads and bridges
Environmental protection
Chose just ONE sector
(1) One good way of organizing the paper is by answering the W*H* questions What, Which, Why, Who, (for) Whom, Where, When, How (many), How (much), etc.:
a. What specific kinds, types of Software jobs will be created? That is, addressing the problems that the jobs will be created to solve (why the jobs, rationale). This is also the place to talk about who the job holders, job titles are likely to be. Can be specific and narrow in scope, as indicated in the assignment description. Also, can address which types will be existing SW jobs or variants; which types will be new, innovative jobs; which will be resurrected jobs, if any.
b. It also pays to discuss (and speculate on) the Software jobs which will be meant for humans; for human-machine teams; automation systems (for machines); intelligent systems and intelligent digital assistants based on AI systems
c. Who will create the Software jobs: existing companies; new companies (be concrete about their Software products and services); big tech (Web, IT, social media companies); large corporations; small businesses; educational institutions; (it is good to be concrete, given examples, as much as possible)
d. When will these jobs be created and be available, (classify by 1-year, 3-year, 5-year, 7-year, 10-year, 15-year time frames).
e. Where will the jobs be created? It will be a good idea to distinguish job that will available in the major urban and metro areas; and those in the rural areas
f. What will be the salary ranges of these jobs?
(2) Listing and discussing all of the Bills budgetary allocations is just filling the page and NOT offering anything particularly useful. One can still mention the $dollar amounts for the specific (infrastructure) domains and sub-areas chosen to the focus of the presentation.
