This is an argumentative essay that sides with the argument that the U.S constitution should be amended to impose term limits on Congress. The paper should refute all counter arguments with reasoning and evidence. All sources should be cited by an end notes and a reference page. Parenthetical citation is forbidden. The sources that are cited should be from an academic journal articles, government documents, and at least one book. Newspaper articles are allowed but do not use more than once.
