2. (30 points) Map the intake and assessment process and describe “Moments of Truth” for Rhodes, the REWA Job Coaches, and residents. How would you redesign this process?
A moment of truth is any interaction during which a client may form an impression of your product or service. This impression may be either positive or negative. The goal for public & nonprofit managers is to try and ensure that moments of truth have a positive impact on the clients/community and impression of the service.
3. (40 points) This question maps to our NASPAA Core Competency: To lead and manage in public governance
Specific Skill: Analyze a case study and develop an action plan to improve the capacity to deliver services, build public trust, and promote public values. The plan should specify: short, medium and long-term steps to be carried out.
