So the main message I want to put out in this Essay is on racial inequality in the U.S it covers 5 points. The main points are Race and mass incarceration in the U.S, How stereotypes affect a race and drives key economic decisions, The Tulsa Massacre’s effects and possible reperations, Supposed racial colorblindness in the workforce, and how gender diverse companies thrive when they embrace diversity. Now I know these topics seem completely different but the goal is to link them together and use them as examples of segregation and how things haven’t change since then and now. Now ideally this essay would start off talking about racial inequality in America then using the following examples like the Tulsa Massacre and how stereotypes in America leads to the mass incarceration rates and racism in the workforce and ends with how we could be better and use gender diverse companies as an example of that, but it’s up to you.
