Social media has arguably had a significant impact on the way criminal justice agencies operate. For example, within the past 25 years there has been a dramatic increase in the number of videos available on social media displaying excessive use of force by officers. Discuss how the introduction of social media has influenced not only social reaction to, but also expectations of, criminal justice agencies.
