Hello the assignment for me is to write a 4 page paper (APA style), not counting cover page and reference page(s). You are a project manager at an Architect-Engineering firm based in the United States. For large projects, your company oftentimes works with other engineering firms to accomplish the overall project including collaborating with overseas organizations.
After several costly design issues due to a lack of collaboration strategies, the company president knows you are in a PSYD program focused on organization leadership, so you are tasked to develop a plan for collaboration to ensure the organizations success. The goal is to improve collaboration both internal and external to the organization. For this assignment, choose a country of your choice that your organization collaborates and include it in your collaboration plan. Your plan should include the following:
1. Collaborative leadership model or organizational theories that you use in developing your plan. Cite at least 2 leadership or organizational theories.
2. An overall strategy, including specific goals for collaborating with other organizations.
3. Collaborative process for decision-making when decisions affect your organizations as well as other organizations.
4. Internal and external stakeholders and determine how to improve collaboration with major stakeholders.
5. Organizational culture changes that may be required to foster better collaboration both internal and external to the company.
6. Identify tools of best practice to develop a successful model of collaboration.
7. Discuss any additional issues pertinent to you plan.
