Create a HR planning concept for a fictive company / organization with max 100 employees, and write a report (approx. 2’000 words) containing with the following elements:
• E1: what does the company do – products and/or services? for whom, where? anything else relevant for the ‘big picture’?
• E2: give the company a strategic change objective (e.g. growth, downsizing, new products, new markets…)
• E3: organigram (diagram) with headcounts before / after the change
• E4: competency matrix before / after the change
• E5: for each of the 5 steps of the HR Life Cycle (recruiting, evaluation, training, compensation, exit) – actions needed to support the change leading from the original state to the new state (if for a given step there are no actions: say so)
Use good structure (subtitles, bullet points rather than long paragraphs of text, etc)
