This research study proposal is going to be qualitative study identifying three hospitals where there is high patient sastifaction, high nursing satisfaction and low incidence reports. Saying i will interview the CNO’s who would be overlooking those hospitals for best practices and Nurse/Patient ratio algorithms.
Research question: How can the ideal nurse to patient ratio be determined on an ICU and medical surgical unit, which will positively impact the quality of patient care in a hospital setting?
