Analysis of practical approaches that apply to the challenges, including any ethical considerations. Discuss how skilled I-O practitioners might approach the case study challenges. Your discussion could include:
What approaches would they use? How would they involve and assess organizational leadership?
What laws or regulations might influence any recommendations?
Are diversity-in-the-workplace challenges related to the organization’s challenges?
What ethical considerations would be important?
