REQUIREMENTS 1. Audience Analysis (approximately 1 page, single-spaced): Identify your project′s Gatekeeper, Primary, Secondary, and Auxiliary audience members. 2. Cover Letter (1 page, single-spaced max): Your cover letter will be addressed to your gatekeeper. It will introduce your credentials, and serve as a pitch (a brief, attention- grabbing desсrіption) of your project. Title Page (1 page): Here you will provide your project title, team name, team member names, and the name(s) of your appropriate audience. Analysis and Synthesis (600+ words): Having identified your problem and discussed available research on the project, now you will provide analysis and synthesis that explains to the reader how all of this information works together. Clearly identify what issues are most important, the pros and cons of different possibilities. Most importantly, walk the reader through the decision-making process of determining how best to address the problem identified at the beginning of the document. IV. Proposed Solution (600+ words): Carefully provide the analysis that led you to this proposed solution, providing any additional evidence. Be as detailed as possible about the nature of the solution, costs, time, etc. V. Conclusion (200+ words): Your conclusion should provide a succinct, effective summary of your proposal, while also mentioning what the next steps are for moving forward. VI. References (10+ sources): The page of references or works cited should contain at least 10 sources and, along with your in-text citations, provided in audience-appropriate style – either MLA (http://mla.org/MLA-Style%20) , APA (http://apastyle.apa.org/%20) , or CMS (http://chicagomanualofstyle.org/). VII. Appendices (optional): Include any necessary, relevant information, examples, models, spreadsheets, etc.
